Financial Aid for the 2023-2024 School Year

Financial aid may be applied for at any point in the enrollment process.

Three Rivers Village School uses FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment, an independent agency, to assist in determining the amount that a family can contribute towards their children’s education. The financial analysis of applicants is based on a federal formula adapted to the region and the school’s budget. Income is a large indicator to the analysis but other factors including but not limited to assets and property ownership are considered in determining need. The school’s Financial Aid Committee uses this information provided by FACTS as a guide in allocating awards.

Financial aid is determined per family, not per student. If you receive financial aid, the percentage discount for second, third, and subsequent siblings may be greater than what is listed in the tuition table above.

Families must apply for aid every year.

Financial Aid Application Process

factsAt any time during your enrollment process you may use the FACTS website to apply for financial aid. There is no fee to apply.

The following are required in order for FACTS to process your application:

  1. A completed online application.
  2. Copies of your most recent tax return, including all schedules.
  3. Copies of your W-2’s for both applicant and co-applicant.
  4. Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation, and TANF
